They did a great job fix what the problem was and didn't do more than what was needed. I had a loud exhaust I thought I needed a new muffler but it was a resonator something between the engine and the muffler. They fixed that I was in and out in no time. Very reasonably priced too. I was kinda worried the waiting room had a good TV but is like a old garage kinda space kinda dusty old but they had comfortable chair. It's more important they fix my vehicle and keep the prices down. I just kinda chuckle its a place my dad would have loved.

I just had a fantastic experience at Magic Muffler. I needed a quick turn around because I have an important trip up north and I was worried my car wasn’t safe to drive. Another mechanic told me what repair my car needed, but I didn’t feel comfortable having them do the job. On a recommendation, I called Magic Muffler and told Doug what I thought the problem was. He was kind and upfront with me about the repair and costs, and was able to fit my car in quickly. They diagnosed the problem and found it was not a big repair, it actually turned out to be something so simple they didn’t even charge me! Everyone was so kind and gave me clear explanations. I highly recommend and will go back again when I need an honest mechanic!

Sent my daughter there yesterday on a whim with a major brake issue. Thankfully she made it there. They quickly took a look and despite saying there wasn't an opening until Wednesday, which would have been fine, someone skipped their lunch break to fix the broken brake hose on her Ford Edge. She was safely back on the road quickly and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Magic Mufflers & Brakes based on this experience. Above and beyond!

I dropped my vehicle off on a Sunday without an appointment. I called Monday morning to tell them what needed to be looked at. Before they looked at the vehicle, they were making it sound like they were not interested in working on it. However, they did not tell me that. They also did not give me an estimated date that they could look at it. That Friday, they call me to tell me that they cannot work on it because the exhaust is not in the car. They also tried to tell me that the exhaust cannot be installed without removing the rear transmission mount, which is incorrect. I attempted to install the front Y-pipe that I purchased from Walker, but it did not line up properly. This is why I consulted them. I received mixed information about what their policies are. They also told me that they did not even start the truck or pull it in because they saw that the exhaust was sitting in the cab. When I came to pick it up, the guy at the counter told me they did look at it. So, someone there is lying. If they could see the exhaust sitting in the cab and use that to say they could not work on it, they should have been able to do that on day one as they would have seen it when pulling in other

Every time I have gone there to have any work done, they have been very honest and explanatory. Very good work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
